Goal: To expand access to information and referral for social service in RI. Increase the quality of 2-1-1 service. Serve, in partnership with RI Emergency Management Agency, as the primary community information and referral source during a state of emergency in RI.
Goal: Expand access to “The Point” through a partnership with the 10 regional Aging and Disability Resource Centers. Grow access to the service by 30% to 39,000 annual contacts.
