Goal: To promote high-quality out-of-school learning and early childhood education. To expand the learning day and retain learning over the summer months.

• Double the number of licensed child care providers participating in BrightStars. Grow from 100 to 200 rated centers.
• Increase the number of children who will have access to high-quality out-of-school time learning.
• Double the number of children in summer learning retention programs to 1,500.
